Our electric underfloor heating is a low voltage electric underfloor heating system. It is ideal for smaller areas such as Bathrooms and utility rooms, it can be laid directly beneath tiles, stone , marble, slate, wood, laminate, Vinyl and even Carpets!

Our low voltage underfloor heating system has been designed to operate at low voltage (24v/28v).

The use of a low voltage supply for the system eliminates the potential hazard associated with using a full mains voltage system in wet or hard traffic areas.

The system is designed to raise the temperature of the flooring material by generating a steady even heat at the rate of approximately 80 watts per square metre to increase the comfort level where unheated flooring would be undesirable. Our underfloor heating systems are suitable for installation in either dry areas such as utility rooms and kitchens or wet areas such as bathrooms. Under normal conditions our electric low voltage underfloor heating system will maintain a floor finish at a comfortable temperature. The actual temperature maintained will vary according to the ambient temperature, floor insulation, floor covering and the selected voltage.
